Great experience! The check in girl was so nice! Dr. Jones nurse was so nice! She Made me feel very cared for. I can't say enough about Dr. Jones Very kind, careing, professional and a truly great doctor! She went above and beyond. Truly cares about her patients! The check out girl at the desk was also super nice 10 stars! Great team! Wish all my doctor's were like Atalee Jones! What a great experience !

Emilia Hayden, for Dr. Prakash number 1 for me greatest dentist I've ever had in my entire life.. very great made me feel safe and comfortable more 5 starts.. his assistant Jonathan made me feel good he's a sweetheart and good personalities highly recommend to everybody!!! For the oral health care dental needs!!!

Hygienist Rhonda was nothing short of amazing never in my life. Have I ever had a dental hygienist explain to me that things the way that she did or teach me the correct way of things and I’ve been going to the dentist all of my life. She is very sweet and also gentle when working on my mouth also Dr.Daniel is amazing very kind explains every step that he’s working on makes you feel very comfortable. If you guys don’t come see them you need to get an appointment. Front desk is amazing and polite. Love this place 10 out of 10 recommend.. Tracy Heath

I had the most amazingly, professional experience with Hope Health’s Dental Dental Department today. I was unfortunately running late for my appointment and called ahead to alert them. Upon arrival, they were able to fit me in, so that I wouldn’t have to take additional time off of work. Rhonda was knowledgeable and gentle. She thoroughly explained the cleaning process throughout my appointment . Dr. Daniel was friendly and personable and also provided great tips for caring for my teeth in between appointments. Sandra was warm and listened to my needs regarding future scheduling. This office is AMAZING and I was very pleased .

Rhonda at Dr Daniel’s office is amazing! She taught me things about caring for my teeth that no one else has taught me in 54 years. Rhonda explained to me about how a water pick can help my gums. I ordered one right after my appointment. She took her time and discussed my treatment plan. I am impressed by her knowledge. Her kindness and patience with answering my questions is so appreciated! Thank you Rhionda for helping me to have a healthier teeth and gums.

Kayla in Suite C definitely deserves 10 stars, she was very professional, helpful, and made me feel valued. You can definitely tell she loves her job and cares about the people that walk through the door. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. It's not every day you meet too many people like that, because let's be honest, most people in a customer service position these days definitely DO NOT need to be in that role. Might I add she was pretty busy and I'd say under some pressure but her attitude towards the patients never wavered. You couldn't ask for a better person to encounter. Thank you Kayla for such an amazing guest experience and turning the frown I had upside down!!!!

I am so grateful for all the staff at Hope Health Dental on Irby. Everyone is always very polite and welcoming 🙏 I must say I'm always happy to see Johnathan walk out. He and Dr. Daniel work very well together and are always exceptional. The two are very pleasant and comforting. They talk you through every step they are taking. I was overwhelmed with joy this morning because of the work they had done. I'm blessed to have amazing people to care for my dental needs!

I had a wonderful visit with the whole staff at the Women’s Health department! From the front desk girls to the nurse, MAs and the doctor - everyone was friendly and made me super comfortable. Kamika, Lady, Cleapatra, Raven, Shaniqua, and Dr. Webb are all amazing. HopeHealth is very lucky to have them!

This care team is the best Dr. Daniel Duarte, Rhonda,Jonathan and Samantha. They each possess a uniqueness catered to their individual patient. I was unsure at firsthand but overtime trust was built. Thanks to them I got the help I needed and are able to look forward to smile so deserved. Don't take my word for it see for yourself.

I want to share that Rhonda did a wonderful job with cleaning my teeth. Not only did she clean them but she informed me of issues I needed to be aware of so that I could focus on.In addition she was professional but warm(not cold). I was very satisfied with my visit. I also want to praise Coda at the front desk. She was very friendly with checking me in as well as out. I actually look forward to interacting with her. This is saying a lot being that I had a fear of the dentist. Now it's a pleasure to keep and attend my appointments.
